1. What this is
Crop Your Design is a free, browser-based tool for cropping and resizing your own images to match marketplace photo specifications. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Your content
You keep full ownership of whatever you upload and export. The tool processes images locally in your browser and never receives a copy of them, so there's nothing of yours stored on our side to claim any rights over. You're responsible for having the rights to whatever you crop here.
3. Accuracy of platform specifications
Format sizes, backgrounds, and other requirements shown for each marketplace are checked against that marketplace's own published documentation, with a source link and a checked-on date shown alongside each one. Marketplaces change their rules without notice, and a passing crop here is not a guarantee your listing will be accepted. Always confirm current requirements directly with the platform before relying on this for a commercial listing.
4. No warranty
The tool is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Crop Your Design isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including lost sales, rejected listings, or lost data. Use the tool at your own risk.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to process content you don't have rights to, to abuse the contact/request forms, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal browser use.
7. Errors and typos
Despite careful upkeep, this site may still contain typos, pricing mistakes, or other clerical errors. Such errors are never binding: they don't create any right or obligation on our part, and we may correct them at any time without notice.
8. Changes
These terms, the tool, and the platforms it supports may change over time. Material changes will be reflected on the changelog. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
